100% Refund if cancelled 35 Days prior to arrival or within 48 hours of Booking.

Damage & Incidentals

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused during your stay. There is a $ 150. exit cleaning charge

Check in 4PM - Checkout 11AM May have flexibility depending on other reservations

Guests & Pets

Maximum overnight guests is 6. A $25 per night. pp charge if over 4 people. Minimum age to rent is 30. No Pets. Smoking is allowed outside on the porch or at the pool.
